You are 100% correct and I'll add one thing DCB message me when I was away he thought I messaged him but it was a old message from when he was still with the company.
Anyway we did keep messaging and I'll add to your post.
DCB lost all his shares that he was going to get so he did not receive them because the contract ended.
BUT still has shares in his personal account.
So he might of bought when he left because did not think he had when he was CEO which is encouraging.
