Most of the people with unmarketable parcels are SPP fishers who have deliberately engineered the holding to have just 1 share so they can get some cheap shares. They are not interested is selling.
I wish it was possible to automatically prevent such holdings. Each shareholder costs the company something like $10 to $20 a year due to paperwork that has to be snail mailed.
