We should also note that the top 244 only has an average of about 450,000 shares.
The capping and repeated high volume is often multiples of the average upper holder (or as the instance above, the "cap" is half of the average of the highest tiers).

The 50th position only has about 800,000 shares, whilst, it's possible it's from someone outside the T50 this would seem to me that it would be pretty exceptional to supress some of the high volume days we have had with such comparitively few shares.

All of this tells me by the balance of probabilities that it is almost certainly a top 50 holder and is in fact, most likely in the top 15.
