The large single sell order has been there for over a week. It started with 161k shares at $1.035 and it had a small chunk of 6500 shares bitten from it during the short term 'excitement'.
When the excitement 'swiftly' dissipated, it moved to $1.00 where it remains. It's not a capper, it's someone wanting to offload a sizeable amount.
