Dr T, Race has got a reputation for being creative and innovative, so perhaps to remove the doubt and uncertainty investors have as demonstrated by the current SP, my opinion is give them/us a Net Tangible Assets value. Pay for a valuation and stick it in the balance sheet. I am confident it would be a sound and healthy value, albeit still biotech risk.
Needless to say every investor wants a stop loss/get out of jail card, so without giving away the IP set the NTA in place and watch the market sentiment change.
Save the institutional potential investors time and money and publish a valuation.
