RC110 is not having significant resources devoted to it right now, but it still exists and has real value. If the situation changes then development can be restarted at anytime.
A good analogy is a resource company with two independent resources - just because they might be concentrating on drilling the most promising ground due to limited capital, it doesn’t make the second resource worthless.
