For those believing in bio tech. If all or most of the biotech stocks are down to their lowest level, and the whole sector is due for a rebound, it might make some sense to review your current bio tech stocks to re balanca or switch to the biotech stocks with more compelling 'narrative' or development so to benefit more from the greater general interest, in the form of short term trade opportunitirs or longer term eureka moment.
A bit like selling ypur house at a lower peice but getting your new house also at a lower price...
