Hey Wazzie2. I think what Dr T is saying is that the company is using his $600K now, like credit, as he has said he will def exercise his options as he is a man of his word. Unfortunately you have to be a RAC employee to do this. He has to convert more options than anyone so I don't blame him financially for doing what is best for him. I think he would exercise now if the 'credit' plan wasn't open. To get the money into RAC coffers for value adds other shareholders, if they are financially able and support the strategy, have to exercise when they can, hopefully early haha.
