So on the basis of a transaction value of 4* peak revenue that's ~28bn USD, which if assuming USD-AUD exchange of 0.7, equates to ~40bn AUD, or roughly 300 times current market cap, I think ~$250 AUD a share.
This is why people feel ludicrous talking about the numbers. Still, got to get there first and plenty of commercial/execution risk.
And Dr T has mentioned the assumptions in that report are on the conservative side. Wonder how this compares to the largest ever acquisition of a biomed stock on the ASX.
