I would think the true value of the piggyback options will be what the market at the time is prepared to pay for them - if or when they are listed .
until then I think you guys are just putting out theories
( i understand that the Black-Scholes method is a useful valuation method at time of issue especially when issue as part of incentive packages to company people as it gives them a cost base etc)
Currently I think no Race options are listed so its just guessing their value
