Correct me if I’m wrong that if the current oppies are not taken up they expire. It would then be up to Race to do another issue of oppies but to Sophs rather than retail due to disclosure limitations. So general retail may miss out on any extra unless they can organise off-market with any fellow shareholders not looking to participate.
Any idea of when ASX will consider listing the options, could this occur before expiry if there is sufficient take up?
