Yes if they are not taken up they expire, but we can allocate them to new holders if they are not taken up by the current holder before the closing time. There is basically as small window of a few hours between when payments close and when the options expire. Of course it would be best for shareholders if they take up their options rather than let them expire.
Unfortunately under the ASX rules the bonus options can't be listed, but we can apply have the piggyback options listed. As far as I am aware nobody has ever done a bonus & piggyback option exactly like this before - the lawyers were impressed with the structure and I will be curious if anyone copies it in the future.
