When I joined the board in August 2019 as a NED, BG was the Chairman and JC was a NED appointed in 2018. BG said he wanted to step down as the Chair in early 2020 and JC was then appointed Chair in March 2020. I wanted BG to remain Chair, but he said he was tired of the role.
