47 to 38 cents is the END TARGET
yes everything else above that is noise like I said.
ST its possible for a DEAD CAT BOUNCE to that target, but NO i wouldnt trade it until it gets to the END TARGET
70 cents is a short term intraday target, but again I AM NOT TOUCHING THIS UNTIL END TARGETS.
