Thats a very difficult question to answer with RAC. Only 180k shares traded today, and thats above average. If you want to take a position in a short time,, you will drive the price up due to its illiquid trading status. In the same manner that you will drive the price down if you want to exit a position.
TA is very different in a company with very low SOI and small daily volume.
