I look at the registry report every day and every day there are new holders and people adding significant amounts to their existing holding. The price of a stock is not determined by how many people buy or sell, but at the margins of demand. We could turnover 10% of the stock every day and still end flat if the buying and selling demand are equal.
With a tightly held stock like RAC all it takes is one individual with a significant holding selling in excess of demand for the SP to go down. Of course the opposite also exists if buying is in excess of supply.
