Off screen supply returns pretty quickly as prices go up exponentially. I am not a trader so rarely looking at live trading but below is a chart from one day I was watching. VUL literally ran out of shares on the sell side, opened at $9.10, peaked at $14 before closing at $9.89. Far outside the Bollinger bands, was never going to be sustainable. Dropped back below $6 for a while but made new highs above $15 six months later.
