Sounds like you need you practical example here;
Take ADN. The market knew management were working on a potential concrete application for their product, as they released this information. However, what the market didn't understand was the likelihood of this application being feasible and was asleep to the fact management where rapidly progressing in the background. The market knew, but was asleep to progress until the news was released and took everyone by surprise. Even thought the picture had already been painted.
My question to you is, is RAC rapidly progressing and building on previously released information that the market is asleep to?
