I think it might be more accurate to say that some people are hoping that the coming news will be groundbreaking. If the forthcoming news is groundbreaking or not will be up to the the market to decide. In my opinion the City of Hope FTO paper was completely groundbreaking and yet the RAC SP fell when we announced it.
I am obviously not very good at predicting what the market thinks is groundbreaking, hopefully I am good at predicting what the pharma industry thinks is groundbreaking.
