You don’t trust people that take profit, buying something and selling it higher, passing the asset off to another at a higher price.
Yet you have owned and sold multiple investment properties.
Oh the irony.
There’s no trophy’s at the end of this mate. Just profit or loss. Some that have traded have likely doubled holdings for the original entry cost. It’s a smart strategy if you do it well.
