I definitely would and will once the cash frees just signed up a 12 month lease for my rental and they are paying 12 months in advance and even thinking of selling one other stock as I see more value in RAC medium to long-term
Still considering if I tell the misses I think I have to tho but I CBF with the headaches I know I'll get.
