Never said that, just that you should never discount someone for saying they are still learning. That is a trait to be admired not despised. The market is a dynamic and evolving space, those who are rigid in their views and understanding will never succeed. Those who continue to learn and adapt on the other hand will perform at the highest level. Continuous learning is something everyone can do, but there is a reason why it is a trait found in 100% of all successful people, and one often lacking in those who are less successful. That goes for all areas of life btw, but IMO is especially true for financial markets.
