Yes, Jabra is certainly in need of further learning and is an example of someone rigid in his views/understanding (and the implications of this negative trait). This is what I said, and is something you seem to agree with as well by urging him to spend more time learning about the markets? I am not sure what point you are trying to make. I believe if Jabra adopted the mindset of seeking to continuously learn he too could become a welcomed contributor akin to Slick
