I believe more day traders are taking interest in RAC. That would explain todays close. Regardless very positive day and it is clear that the smart money continues to accumulate. At this price it is a no brainer to keep accumulating. I expect a share price of 3 once news start flowing again. Meanwhile in the short term I can see RAC going over 2.
