Shouldn't be a barrier for long!
There's about 5.3m unexercised Bonus Options (that aren't held by the board). If every holder was to sell heads for tails it would only require 2.4m traded at Fridays $1.63 close.
There won't be many holders that funded CPACS at $3 looking to sell at $2 for a 30% loss, mere months before the trial finally commences (with a new, superior formulation).
I don't see any other selling pressure (other than JC, whose selling is irrelevant with no free-float). Chart is only pointing in one direction...
