I think DT’s expectation of the deal value is probably the highest than the most optimistic of us! The worry could become when most of the SHs could be willing to take a deal he may vote against it because he thinks we can still extract value out of it! Not saying he will, just saying he could because he believes in Bisantrene and knows the science than the rest of us

Obviously the majority vote will decide the outcome and DT has said he would vote on the favour of retail SHs, just saying that he is free to vote as he not on the board but still can the potential most can’t.
