My experience with CVRs is that in most instances kiss the money good bye. if you do get it by some miracle it’s a bonus. Basically the corporate red tape that comes in after deal time makes a seemingly achievable target for a small biotech impossible.
There was a recent example of a PRV linked to a CVR but only got ~33% of the value.
