There was a lot of volume earlier in the day at $1.20 and above. There were a lot of trades at lower levels during the day, but they were also lower volume, so VWAP for the day finished at $1.19 - not a huge margin from the close price. And manufactured or not, the close was actually closer to VWAP than the low of the day.
