Love him or hate him the world/ economy and more importantly the American people were and will be better with him in office.
and the positive overflow will flow into Australia.
The other clown can't even put a sentence together it's pathetic how he can still hold office.
But if we are talking about rate cuts it won't happen till end of 2025 or start of 2026 in fact I reckon they will raise it one more time at least before going down,
That is part of the reason why I sold one investment as I'll find another house to flip and get it below market when they raise it again.
