    Breaking ... sure, technically but not in my view. These definitions are always loose. But the purists get hung up on pure technical limits.

    Recoil - I was always looking for c, before it actually happened - remember how bad things got for biotechs? AND RAC.

    But so far this new EW is acting perfectly and has proven to be very reliable and surprisingly liquid.
