Like the Doc said.
"Even more importantly Race is a public company and nobody other than me needs to worry about a buyout. If we progress RC220 and generate positive clinical results then the SP will rise and any shareholder can sell when the SP reaches their price goal."
So no need to panic about phase 2 (2028) being the ideal time for a buyout.
