Magrolimab was purchased after P1b results and breakthrough therapy designation. None of us know what will happen. If the results are excellent and indeed prove CPACS, then we may not make it long after the world knows. My understanding of pharma is they are aggressive when it comes to first-in-class products with significantly decreased clinical risk factors like deaths, massive markets, and no clinical competitors.
