I think you should do a bit more research on Marinella @drainer and you might be less disparaging,
Although not as visible as others in the firm, she is undoubtedly one of the keys to any success RAC may enjoy. Her shares weren't handed to her free, that is an ignorant statement. she is a long termer who converted her options received in lieu of salary.
I suggest you attend this years AGM & go meet her for yourself ( assuming staff attend again this year) then come back here & share your updated thoughts.
