That’s right. And if my memory serves me right she exercised her loyalty options at $0.75 and holds a large number of piggy back options to be exercised along with the rest of the SHs. I don’t think either the loyalty options or piggies convert cashless.
One of the things I have learned about as an employee is if you lose your job (eg. Company failure) and you have your salary go away that itself is hard, but to then have your investment in the same company go down to zero is tragic as an employee & investor. After Dr.T she is the largest insider shareholder who both understands the drug, the trials and the commercial potential and yet is staying strong and investing in her employer along with us.
