What you are looking for is covered by the point that Marinella was the forst employee of the company. Also, highly qualified and as DT has stipulated hard working/dedicated. Marinella joined very early when the risks were greater and the opportunity smaller and SP had only started its upward path post Dr T and no doubt some of his contacts joining the RAC register..... this is why there was a large grant. This is logical/normal.
