Everything is looking great for a run.
I missed out on a bargain that I know without a doubt to of made $100,000 in 12 months. (easily)
For me to of achieved that I would of needed to sell 50,000 shares to have $80,000 price $1.60
I have gambled that RAC will be over all time highs 12 months from today if so the gamble has paid off to hold ,
if not then I missed out on at least $100,000
And yes a house flip great opportunity presented itself and normally I would of jumped into it but I hesitated as I can't won't let a single share go.
This is the link to the property. I know it's a piece of crap but anybody that knows in this sort of stuff can see right off the back. This was the money maker but as I said I believe that 50,000 shares that I needed to get rid of in 12 months will make me much much more than the hundred thousand dollars. I would've on this house.
I did not know why my sentiment is saying not held. It is incorrect. I hold. I don't know what I pressed.
