The MA20 has JUST gone up through the EMA50 exactly there EXACTLY A bullish sign (the opposite would be bearish)... TA101
(Obviously - also previous support/resistance - BUT we are right there right now ... See how the EMA50 has been support for the last week or so. The EMA150 was previously support ... the EMA50 is now support ... as the bull case strengthens the EMA20 will become support then (maybe) the EMA8 towards the top of the bull cycle - before a turning-over at the top of the up-leg in the next EW consolidation phase down, before the EW next up-leg starts.)
