It seems any big buyer would be unable to acquire a big chunk of shares unless they play the JC bot game. This seems a big deterrent. This should really give pause to people constantly asking for mgmt to have skin in the game. We have been burnt twice by our board members who got big chunks of allocation and then decided to stick it to the company and SHs by drop feeding the sell side for years.
