great chart @brrrattt there needs to be consideration of dilution through to the end of development. If dilution gets out of control early on, then there is no coming back. The piggyback options cancel any dilution for the participants whereas insto / soph raises achieve the opposite and further increase dilution.
I haven't compared against other ASX biotech's but my gut feel is we are in a good place.
