so what's COH's purpose? pure research for academic paper? Can they overcome both IP and orphan drug designation? Can FDA or IP office reward them the IP from RAC due to "significant improvement in cancer drug developement and excellence for break-though contribution to human kind"?
COH is well funded for b-drug and plans to start trial which indeed concerns me.
