Even though the trend has been down, on such low volume I'd argue that @Mason14 could be correct here.
Fundamentally low-volume declines in this case can simply represent limited liquidity in a thinly-traded stock.
Should a few sellers sell with immediate needs, this doesn't change the fundamental outlook.
The tide can turn on TA at any stage in this sector.
