First of all they would never be able to hide such a thing if a cure was ever found what do you think the scientists and patients and family members would not say anything.
I guess they would have to be executed.
Also if a cure was found you think they will care about donations and funding the company that finds a cure will be trillions.
Also most scientists work to better peoples lives and want their name set in stone in the history books they will want that acknowledgment there would be no greater achievement than finding a cure so spare me the conspiracy theories.
