I think we will have to disagree a little on some of the points you make, but no matter. Probably not of that much interest to people here. Would be a great discussion.
I will say though that the main advance from the COH paper was the demonstration of LILRB4 regulation. This is the massive news and the opportunity. I would much rather have Bisantrene than CAR-T!
Interestingly this is also Brequinar’s MOA and why it should equal Bisantrene in AML (clearly did in the paper, but in humans?). We will know by end of year when the Brequinar results are out. You would have noticed they have amended the clinical trial registry and bought forward the results by 6 months.
