Fair value will hopefully be manifested through a bidding war. Even if company X has medium to low conviction to purchase, they’ll potentially bid to ensure company Y pays a fuller price. If RAC prove out what we think they will, the whole alphabet will be bidding. Maybe it goes the way of licensing because the numbers get too big, alas the future is about to get exciting.
