If we are lucky enough to get an offer the company has no choice to present it this is not a private company so they will have to present it.
Sure Dr T can advise that we should go for more but even with his amount of shares he will loose that battle if we get offered $25 a share at an early stage before P2 trials start.
He may want to take the risk and some other people too but I would imagine majority will accept it to be honest I think T will even accept that offer himself this offer is before P2
To be honest I think a lot of people will even accept half that offer $12.50
The only people that will be kicking and screaming are the ones holding very little and maybe a small portion of holders that are holding over 100k
It may seem low but an offer can come at anytime and at any price the an early offer is obviously going to come with a cheaper price. If we do not get an offer and we are into P2 trials then an offer would be extremely larger but don't hold your breath with someone at the company says when an offer is in front of them and that's the only way out just because someone said so.
I would imagine the company will say something along the lines of this is a great thing for patience with cancer. As now this company can advance it quicker than we could so it can help minions of millions of people around the world.
so don't be a fool to think someone is not going to take half $1 billion that can't sell it any other way or even half of the half 1 billion.
that is looking after himself and that is still looking after shareholders and that is looking after patients so he's not wrong if he did take the offer and voted yes but that it's just my opinion he has mentioned many many times before. This is the only way of an out for him because he can't sell it on the market anyway let's see what happens
