Ok I can't help myself I'll give it a crack now this is my way of thinking if I owned a pharma company and I wanted RAC
Now of course I will want to acquire the whole thing as cheap as possible so this is what I would do if I was to Offer something with royalties.
Now just say it's an early move on RAC that's when I'll will offer royalties if it is proven, and at a later stage like after P2 I would not offer no royalties I will purchase the whole thing out in one go WHY well it's pretty simple if I offer royalties, it will be at the early stages as we are in now for the reason being is, if it does fail sure I have paid out some sort of figure, but there will be no royalties given out at all It would be stupid for a big Pharma company to offer royalties if the drug is already proven in my eyes.
I don't know what we will get bought out for I'm sure the company will do whatever they can to get the best price but don't be fooled for one second to think at an early stage anybody in the top 20 will not accept that offer or anybody with a decent amount of shares.
After all, this is really the only reason how we can all get out at once, without crashing the share price
