But they are not doing clinical trials on brequinar for its FTO based effects - it is a completely different trial with a completely different outcome.
The brequinar trial is Clear Creek’s trial and actually has nothing to do with the group the found the FTO connection. The FTO’s stated aim is to make derivatives of bisantrene and test those in the clinic sometime in the future.
