This is assuming Daniel is cut from the same cloth as the other cookie cutter directors on the ASX. From what we've seen, he is not.
I definitely won't speak for him and say he wouldn't, but at the same time, if he knows the probability of achieving a higher outcome is high, why would he take less? I'm sure interactions with future suitors and also potential counsellors will give the directors a better idea of things.
As of right now, $10 is not even achievable in my eyes.
