Yes, and all of those that are also out of RACs control would equate to the same outcome. No dosing, no announcement, no advancement but would all have people panic selling.
This was in response to thoughts on why no ann. for starting combo dosing. As stated, I don't believe that to be the case.
The correct answer will be in approximately 10days (i.e JDP is correct, it will be after outcomes, just as the first ann).
I believe we are on track or I wouldn't still be buying. But the point stands, we should still all remember nothing is assured. (I thought my post avoided the "sky is falling" trope, but given your condescension, I guess not?)
