If the patient has received combo dosing and the observational window is longer than single agent RC220 (i.e no signs of phlebitis) then I wouldn't expect the next announcement until combo cycle 2. If everything goes to plan, Patient 0 would receive this on 11 June.
So on/around this date we should hear that combo cycle 1 was safe and that no DLTs were observed and Patient 0 has/will now receive combo cycle 2 (again, if everything goes to plan).
Hopefully we'll get an update on overall recruitment at this time.
